Chris graduated from Clemson University (Go Tigers!) in Clemson, SC, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Science. She worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a packaging engineer before NCRT and has valuable hands-on experience in child-resistant package design. With a focus on good manufacturing practices (GMPs), Chris’s skills in project management, package validation, and management of material quality leave NCRT customers in great hands.
Her package engineering expertise helps NCRT customers trouble -shoot package designs in the development phase, saving clients valuable time and resources. She also manages onsite child testing, educating customers exactly on how children are able to manipulate the packaging design, while offering solutions for improvement.
In her free time Chris enjoys running and biking, as well as throwing herself into a good book. She can often be found watching her kids participate in activities, biking for coffee or visiting with family. She volunteers at People's City Mission and Matt Talbot Kitchen, as well as with various activities with her church. Chris enjoys traveling, especially to the coast or mountains and wherever she can cheer on the Clemson Tigers.
Mark graduated from the University of Nebraska-Kearney (formerly Kearney State College) in Kearney, NE, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry.
Mark worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 12 years before NCRT. His experiences as a validation manager, product development supervisor, and laboratory analyst offer valuable expertise to NCRT customers. Mark is proficient in laboratory management, document control, package validation, GMPs and project management.
Mark applies his extensive skillset to maintain the company’s SOP’s, write protocols, and troubleshoot package designs. He manages the onsite adult testing, and is NCRT’s liaison with the Consumer Product Safety Commission and Environment Protection Agency.
Mark enjoys spending time gardening, biking, cooking, and cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Mark is a volunteer coach for his kids sport activities, helps with the annual Witness Through Fitness Run, and serves on the high school Booster Board. Mark's choice for a vacation would be on the ski slopes, and his favorite books to read are historical nonfiction.
Connor graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. His coursework included management, business communications, finance, operations management and strategic planning. He has a strong combination of business knowledge, leadership expertise, and a decade of hands-on experience in child-resistant package testing through NCRT. Connor has developed an understanding of regulatory standards, customer needs, and the importance of ensuring that products meet child safety requirements.
After earning his degree, Connor worked for a nonprofit organization for seven years. During his employment, he had the opportunity to manage multiple teams, helping to create environments that maximized efficiency, raised employee morale, and ensured customer satisfaction. Connor approaches every opportunity with an entrepreneurial mindset, continually looking for ways to improve processes, solve problems, and deliver value.
Erinn graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Operations Management.
Her coursework included project management, database management, business analytics, process improvement, and organizational leadership—providing a strong foundation for optimizing workflows and supporting organizations through efficient, data-driven decision-making.
While earning her degree, she served in the Operational Technology Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where she gained experience working in a highly regulated, detail-oriented environment that required accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to established procedures. After her time in government, she worked for a nonprofit and in relational ministry for six years. At NCRT, Erinn is proficient in onsite testing procedures, package validation and data reconciliation. She excels in building meaningful relationships with clients, helping to understand their needs and making sure they have a positive experience throughout the testing process.
